Our client is a Fortune 500 company which embarked on a new CRM adoption and implementation.  We are looking for a Genesys Developer to join us on a very long-term project.
Skills:
  • The candidate should skilled in Genesys development, implementation and support.
  • The Genesys Developer needs to be proficient with the full functional possibilities of the Genesys stack.
  • Needs to be good with GPlus adaptors, Routers within a Unix platform, Genesis administrator.
  • The Genesys Developer will be able to work on solutions that can involve on-premises and cloud structure
  • Understand the role of each Genesys Framework and Management component: Config Server, Config Proxy, Message Server, Solution Control Server, LCA
  • Understand how SIP server provides CTI data to the rest of the Genesys infrastructure
  • Expert knowledge of SIP integration and troubleshooting SIP and Orchestration calls flows.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and ability to troubleshoot any complex issues around Genesys config/management layers, routing layer, Genesys SIP, media server
  • Working knowledge in the installation and configuration of the Genesys suites (both UNIX and LINUX).
  • Familiarity with various Genesys Simulators from a Performance Testing perspective.
