Education:

  • 4-yr College Degree preferred
  • Salesforce relevant certification preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in gathering business requirements for SalesCloud implementation
  • Share and recommend best practice approaches to meet business needs
  • Document use cases. Understand and analyze details provided in the use cases or task narratives
  • Provide Salesforce subject matter expertise to business, delivery team, and IT teams
  • Provide and assist with training of business teams utilizing SalesCloud
  • Participate and provide expertise in process design discussions related to complex business requirements
  • Work with the technical team lead to review, analyze and define requirements
  • Lead user acceptance test planning and execution, including test case and expected outcome documentation
  • Validate solutions and perform QA to ensure requirements are met

Skills:

Required:
  • 5+ years’ experience as Salesforce SalesCloud Business Analyst for a mid-to-large sized organization
  • Strong understanding of SalesCloud capabilities and limitations and can clearly communicate those to business partners
  • Experience with salesforce.com configuration
  • Experience with salesforce.com custom development
  • Experience with salesforce security management capabilities
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce SalesCloud objects
  • Ability to summarize and present complex topics to non-technical audiences
  • Familiar with business analysis techniques and methodologies
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • High level of initiative and attention to detail
  • Experience sustaining Salesforce governance, best practices and center of excellence
 
Preferred:
  • Understanding of and experience with Salesforce Lightning
  • Experience leading sales and marketing transformation projects
