Our Fortune 500 client has an immediate opening for an SAP Solution Architect for an ongoing HCM project.  This is a short-term contract position requiring significant experience in SAP Payroll with strong functional knowledge in PA/OM and SuccessFactors.  In addition, the candidate should have multiple implementations and operational support experience.  .
·     Provide expertise in the latest versions of SuccessFactors, SAP (ECC, HCM, OM/PA).
·     Provide expertise for SuccessFactors EC processes including new hire, promotion, transfer and new assignment etc.
·     Provide expertise for the integration of SuccessFactors EC to ERP thru HCI for the TRACS project.
·     Provide expertise for the Synchronization of EC Data using SAP’s Sync Tool between EC Instances.
·   Provide expertise the replication of data between EC and ECC for the TRACS project.
·     Provide expertise Employee Data Mapping from EC to ECC for the TRACS project.
·     Thorough understanding of the multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules and the ability to research & apply leading industry practices
·     Provide technology and functional solutions to enhance efficiency of HCM applications. These solutions include development of subsystems, configuration and extension of the core application as well as development of interfaces to external systems
·     Provide expertise in the area of technology, business process, application development, project quality, systems validation and training in support of SAP and Success Factors
·     Cultivates and demonstrates industry-specific business process knowledge and familiarity with relevant enterprise, business unit, and functional strategies, objectives, and plans.
·     Proactively identify process improvements including clear and concise solution definitions.
·     Has the ability to develop proof of concepts to demonstrate proposed technical solutions.
·     Provides guidance in the definition of solution design practices and standards that link back to SAP best practices.
·     Has the ability to develop and maintain working relationships with a diverse group of business, functional and technical teams.
·     Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions to lay persons, demonstrate smart design techniques and mentor other team members.

·     10 plus years of experience in IT analyst or consulting position with knowledge and experience relating business requirements.
·     8 plus years of hands on experience working with SAP HCM/SuccessFactors in business process analysis, systems analysis and design, and technical/functional solutions delivery (configuration and custom development).  Experience with SAP Business Suite on HANA is a plus.
·     At least 2 successful implementations of ESS, MSS, and HR Admin including integration with SuccessFactors EC, Recruiting, CPM, Comp and LMS.
·     Experience with SAP Sync Tool is a must.
·     Strong in SAP development methodologies including strong troubleshooting and issue resolutions skills.  Focus will be SAP HCM/SuccessFactors with a strong understanding of ECC.
·     Proven ability to develop complex SAP solutions is a plus. Excellent facilitation skills, including experience planning and participating in SAP blueprint and design sessions. Have been through at least 4 complete implementation cycle.
·     Experience utilizing formal testing tools strongly desired (experience with HP ALM testing tools a plus).
·     Experience with interacting with third party resources, including offshore teams.
·     Proven leadership in managing, governing and providing oversight of internal teams, 3rd party integrators, consultants and vendors through various initiatives.
·     Strong team building skills, with ability to build quick and effective work rapport with distributed team members.
·     Must be self-motivated in learning new concepts and willing to share knowledge and skills with other team members.
·     Outspoken and passionate about delivering well designed solutions that exceed business objectives and drive business success.
·     Must have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions and ideas.
·     B.S. strongly preferred, M.S. preferred, in Computer Science.
